“There can be no greater gift than that of giving one’s time and energy to helping others without expecting anything in return.”

Nelson Mandela

COFA can help plan a visit to its South Africa projects. Past visitors have included short and long term mission teams that assisted at the St. Peter Christian College campus in development of an IT program for students, refining school administration policies and teacher development, and maintenance related matters on the school campus and the orphanage. We have also have relationships with universities and colleges that allow us to host student interns.

Contact Steve Moore, COFA’s Executive Director, at steve@africaoutreach.org for more information and help in connecting with our South Africa partners that can assist in developing a meaningful visit.

Building Up the Kingdom

In 2021 COFA helped a group of U.S. based ministers and South African ministers hold the “Building Up the Kingdom Conference,” which was hosted by St. Peter Confessional Lutheran Church in Mhluzi, South Africa. The experience of attending the conference and the activities outside the conference is beautifully described by Kristin Wengalin here.
